BENJAMIN GRUSH, ASSOCIATE

Benjamin Grush is a Litigation Associate at Sklar Kirsh LLP. He has experience litigating complex civil cases in state and federal court on a wide variety of areas including contract disputes, business torts, products liability, securities litigation, and cybersecurity. Benjamin has also assisted clients in conducting internal investigations and responding to external investigations brought by regulatory bodies.

Prior to joining Sklar Kirsh, Benjamin spent several years at a large global law firm. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science, and received his J.D. from Berkeley Law in 2020. During law school, Benjamin was a member of Queer Caucus (LGBTQ+ affinity group) and the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
