Melissa Hernandez is a Paralegal in the Litigation Department at Sklar Kirsh LLP.  She has over 30 years of legal and administrative experience, including all phases of litigation including drafting court documents, legal research and trial preparation/attendance.
Before rejoining Sklar Kirsh, Melissa worked for several prestigious law firms, including Steptoe &amp; Johnson LLP, Caldwell Leslie (acquired by Boies Schiller), and Quinn Emanuel, where she became highly efficient in federal and state court filing practices as being part of the litigation and criminal defense practice groups.
Melissa enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends and taking her dogs on a hike on a trail near the beach.
