Under Mr. Hart’s leadership, TruAmerica has become one of the most active multifamily investors in the United States. Mr. Hart is responsible for the national expansion of the firm’s value-add investment platform. Thanks to his leadership, TruAmerica has grown to become a Top 25 apartment owner in the United States, according to the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and is the youngest manager in the NMHC Top 50.
